ICEL,
was established at the beginning of the fifties and due to a constant
growth now extends over an area of more than
80.000 m²
. The company evolution and the constant development have the product and
service quality as the target.
Since
1993 ICEL is certified “ISO
9001”
by CSQ (Certificazione Sistemi di Qualità, a third party certification
body) and in 2009 obtained the conformity to the standard UNI EN ISO
9001:2008. This achievement is the result of the installation of
technologically advanced equipment, the use of high quality raw materials
and a continuous supervision of the suppliers and services, so to
guarantee to the customers a product with excellent performance and a good
ratio between quality and price.
From
the beginning, for ICEL, customer service has been the area upon
which to believe, to invest and to build its development. Customer service
is not only delivery date on-time but also the anticipation of
customer’s requests.
